The London Wall in the Barber Surgeons Garden

Past Master Barber, Sir Barry Jackson gave a fascinating talk on the Company’s famous painting by Hans Holbein the Younger depicting Henry VIII and the Barber-Surgeons. The really extraordinary point is that over many years Past Masters of the Company had their own portraits added to the work of art.

This talk was followed by a presentation by Damask Textile Artist, Mrs Jane O’Brien.
